The car park at Apex Court is private land, with all spaces owned on a freehold basis by the respective units. Each unit’s allocated bays are marked and reserved for that unit’s occupants and visitors only. Please do not park in bays that are not allocated to you.

Enforcement & Terms

By entering and parking on site, drivers accept the terms and conditions displayed on signage. Unauthorised parking may result in a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). Private wheel-clamping or towing without lawful authority is prohibited under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. Enforcement of charges is a civil matter and may be pursued through the courts where necessary.
